Guarantee
All our jewellery is guarantee to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from date of purchase, and we will happily repair or replace any item returned under this guarantee. Items returned under guarantee should be sent to us postage paid with the original invoice to the address on the invoice. Please note that tarnishing of silver is a natural process which can be avoided by regular cleaning with a silver cloth and is not a manufacturing defect. We can not therefore accept the return of tarnished items under guarantee.
